Our Draft Local Plan
As agreed by Epping Forest District’s Full Council on the 18th October, the Draft Local Plan was published for a six-week consultation between 31st October and 12th December 2016.
The Draft Local Plan sets out strategic planning policies and identifies the most suitable and sustainable sites for development and regeneration.
This is your Local Plan and we are grateful to everyone who gave us their feedback.
